It’s been a couple of weeks since I posted my note on what I’m planning on doing with my health recently, so I thought that I would check in and let you guys know how I’m doing! Continue reading

A note on self care and health
Hey there all you wonderful people! I have been thinking about doing a post like this for a while now as this is something that I have been struggling with for about 3 years or so now. Most people that know me know that I’m a very hard worker and my family knows that I have a hard time saying no to anyone that has a need of any kind, unless I absolutely can’t do it. So, I guess that you could say that I have worked my body into the ground in the last few years, and it has taken me hanging onto the tiniest of threads to wake me up to the fact that I need to make some changes before my body is permanently damaged. Protective gear

It has caused a debate about helmets and whether they should be a requirement, and as I make it a point to never ride without a helmet, I thought that I would put my two-cents in. Continue reading
New Glasses!
Yay! I’m so happy! 😀 I have been waiting for these beauties for a while!
I’ve been having headaches over the past month or so and it has been because my last pair of glasses were damaged well beyond the point of recommended use. Oops! I guess that once you start getting cracks in your lenses, you should probably look for new ones. Continue reading
